Whren is a plains planet. It's covered in grasslands where there is not a city. Water is sparse, seemingly. There are no seas, and The rivers and lakes are few and far between. The poison riddled dark gray and purple grasses that cover the planet have deep reaching roots, which extend miles down to reach the reservoirs that are the planet's center. The soil is almost constantly moist and swamp-like. In certain areas, it's hard and sturdy, but usually, those places are where cities are built. In circumference, it's twice the size of Earth.
There are only three species of animals on this planet. All of which are rare. Thus making this planet perfect for settlement without fear of disrupting the environment. Two of the species are herbivores, and the third is a carnivore.
The carnivores have been thriving since the planet was settled. Perhaps they are connected to the disappearances of whole trains and cars that are never found...? Certainly not. They only number in the hundreds, and are spread out over the whole planet. There is not a pack that exists that is stronger than five strong...Is there?
Species:
Dragons:
As per their namesake, the Dragon is a giant reptile that can fly. They highly resemble the Wyvern of human legend. However, they are gentle giants, and are widely used as domestic pets on all five inhabited planets. As an herbivore adapted to the poisonous grasses of Whren, they can eat nearly any plant. Because Whren is covered in their favorite food, while they eat a lot, they're fairly cheap to feed. Free to feed if you settle on Whren, though there is the risk of your Dragon running off with a wild mate. Due to their domesticate-able nature, they are numbering high, though the number of wild Dragons is extremely low. Only numbering in the tens.

Thunderbulls:
Similar to the longhorns of long-dead earth, Thunderbulls are typically docile. They're white in color and have distinctive blue eyes, and are lacking a tail. The females are nearly indistinguishable from males. Long horns come not only from their head, but also stick out from every vertebrae in it's spine. While docile and even approachable in the wild, if defending young or in the presence of a carnivore, one will find out why their name is the 'Thunder'bull. Their barrel chests aren't empty. Their huge lungs and vocal chords allow them to let out a huge, quite literally deafening roar. It can be heard three miles away. They use their roar to warn others of their kind to potential danger, and to stun said danger. Then they use their horns to maul and gore the enemy if they can't run away fast enough.
Dairados:
More commonly called 'Diablos', these creatures are the size of a Shire horse of Earth. They look much like a mish-mash of many animals from Earth... Their body is similar to that of a Clydesdale and have a long tail similar to a lion's. Their head resembles an earless German Shepard. Thick ram's horns curl around the holes in it's head that are it's ears. A thick mane trails all the way down it's back and stops at the base of it's tail. Males have a goat-like beard. The appearance of this creature is all that is commonly known about these animals. They sometimes pack together, but will commonly live solitary lives. Untameable and massively aggressive, Dairados cannot be kept even in a zoo. Thus they are unresearchable. Anyone who attempts to study them in the wild is typically never heard from again.
